EPM public query names and descriptions for Inventory

  • IN CO-59 All Inv Depletions (DOCX) - The query shows the depletion amount for a specified period.
  • IN CO-59 All Inv Receptions (DOCX) - This query provides the dollar value (to four significant digits) for purchases made for the Inventory module; aids users responsible for completing the annual CO-59 report.
  • Inventory Counting Event (DOCX) - This query returns data recorded by an inventory counting event by inventory business unit and a range of counting event ID's. It was created to assist agency staff in performance of physical inventory.
