The Connecticut Insurance Department is moving offices. Beginning June 10, 2026, in-person walk-in visits will be temporarily unavailable while the Department completes its relocation. Consumers can continue to receive assistance from the Consumer Affairs Division by phone at (860) 297-3900 or toll-free at (800) 203-3447, and by email at insurance@ct.gov.
