CONNECTICUT INSURANCE DEPARTMENT'S FENHUA LIU RECOGNIZED
AMONG CAPTIVE INTERNATIONAL'S INFLUENTIAL WOMEN
 IN CAPTIVE INSURANCE FOR 2024

HARTFORD, CT – Connecticut Insurance Department (CID) Commissioner, Andrew Mais is excited to announce that Fenhua Liu, Assistant Deputy Commissioner and Director of the Captive Division, has been recognized as one of Captive International’s Influential Women in Captive Insurance for 2024. This prestigious acknowledgment celebrates her exceptional contributions and leadership within the captive insurance industry.
