In addition to using evidence to make investments, agencies are encouraged to conduct evaluations of their work as they implement ARPA funds. The Evaluation and Impact Team is working with agencies to identify programs in need of evaluation as matching those programs with applied research and evaluation support outside of state government. To assist in making these connections, Evaluation and Impact has convened researchers through in state partners as well as academic organizations.
