Gov. Malloy: Drivers Should Limit Travel, Use Caution During First Significant Snowstorm of the Season
Governor Dannel P. Malloy today urged residents to avoid travel during the first significant snowstorm of the season. The National Weather Service has issued Winter Storm Watches for most of the state from tomorrow afternoon until Sunday morning.

Governor Dannel P. Malloy today toured Connecticut Hydroponic Farm in East Hartford, which received a Production Loss Assistance Needed Today (PLANT) grant of over $79,000 to help recover from damage incurred as a result of February’s severe snowstorm.

Thursday: Gov. Malloy Visits East Hartford Farm to View Repairs from Damages Caused by Last Winter’s Blizzard
On Thursday at noon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will visit the Connecticut Hydroponic Farm in East Hartford for an opportunity to meet with its owner and view repairs that have been made since it sustained severe damages from February’s blizzard, which brought over three feet of snow to parts of the state and damaged the farm’s greenhouses.
