A Content Approver for multiple websites can only see one of the Agency workflows in her Workbox. What needs to be done for the other work flows to display?
Answer: In the Workbox, scroll through the list of workflows in the top-left and make sure the boxes for all the workflows you are a Content Approver for are checked.
If the workflows do not display in the list, please request your System Administrator reach out to the CI Helpdesk to check permissions.
