Can I request that a snapshot or backup be made of my site
Answer: CI can take a "snapshot" of the entire Agency website, then restore the snapshot at any time. Just contact the CI Helpdesk and request a snapshot be taken and the time you wish it to be done.

I am not seeing my callout boxes that I added on the website, however, I see them in the rich text editor.
Answer: We believe that it is a CSS cache issue on the production servers. Please let your System Administrator know if you experience this issue.

When I get kicked out of Sitecore and have to log back in, I loose my edits. Why does this happen?
Answer:
Sitecore has a 20 minute session timeout. This means if you are not working in Sitecore for 20 minutes straight, your session will timeout and Sitecore will automatically log you out. Any changes you made that were NOT saved, will be lost.
When working in the Rich Text Editor (RTE), the Sitecore session timeout continues it's countdown because Sitecore does not recognize your activity. To ensure your content is saved and you do not get logged out after 20 minutes when working in the RTE, select the Accept button at the bottom of the screen (exiting you out of the RTE) and then select the Save icon.

I need a user to check a checkbox and redirect him/her to a page (after a submit button is clicked).
Answer: This is not possible on a basic page within Sitecore, we do not support the embedding of form controls. I suggest using links as a workaround, possibly providing different links for different clickable options.

I put an iframe on a page and it’s not showing up in preview or when published. Why is this?
Answer: If an iFrame has an HTTP URL, unfortunately it will not display. Sitecore only allows HTTPS URLs, so unless there is an https version of this page, it will not display.

I’m trying to insert an iframe into a page and I set the width to 100%, but I’m finding that there is still a scroll bar for left and right. I think the content I am iframing is just too wide. Do you know the maximum width in pixels that will fit without scrolling? I know it varies by device but even with a large monitor it still scrolls, so I think I need to resize the original content.
Answer: The max width of the content area on a page with left-nav is about 770px.
The max width of the content area of a full width page (no left-nav area) is 1200px.
