Am I required to tag a content page under a Dynalic List?
Answer: No. Tagging pages to a dynamic list is not required. You should only tag pages under a dynamic list if you want it to display as a result item for that list.

Answer: No. Tagging pages to the CT.gov topics is not required.

Am I required to tag a content page under the Agency navigation?
Answer: No. Tagging pages to the Agency navigation is not required, but the page will not be easily found if it is not tagged.

Can I change a name of an existing topic on CT.gov?
Answer: No. Other Agencies could also be tagging content pages to that topic and may not want the topic name to change.

Can I change the title of an existing Agency navigation link?
Answer: Changing Agency navigation titles on your website requires approval from your Agency. Only System Administrators can change the name of the navigation.

Can I change the title of an existing Dynamic List?
Answer: Dynamic List titles can be changed, but only by System Administrators.

Can I tag a content page to multiple Agency navigation topics?
Answer: Yes. Content pages can be tagged under one or more Agency navigation topics. Just keep in mind to only tag under topics you think your visitors will look for your information.

Can I untag a content page to a Dynamic List once tagged?
Answer: Yes. Just select the dynamic list name from the box on the right and click the bottom arrow (in-between the boxes) to remove that list.

Answer: Yes. Just select the topic name from the box on the right and click the bottom arrow (in-between the boxes) to remove that topic.

What if there is no relevant Agency navigation topic I can tag my content page under, but I want it visible on the website?
Answer: If no existing Agency navigation topic on your website is relevant for your content page, approval from your Agency is required to add a new topic. Adding a new navigation topic can only be done by a System Administrator.

What if there is no relevant CT.gov topic I can tag my content page under, but I want it visible on CT.gov?
Answer: If no existing topic on CT.gov is relevant for your content page, approval from the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is required to add a new topic.

Why would I want to tag a content page to a Dynamic List?
Answer: This will allow the content page you created to show up on your website under the dynamic list(s) you tagged it to. For example, if your page contained information for a particular visitor and there was a dynamic list created to display all pages, document files, etc. for that visitor, you would tag your page to that list to include it.
