Get safe and reliable water service

The Office of Consumer Counsel (OCC) advocates for Connecticut’s water customers.

Consumer complaints

Make your voice heard

If you aren’t happy with your water company, you can speak out in many different ways. One way is to file a complaint with PURA. You can also contact us. Our team of lawyers, experts, and support staff speaks up for all Connecticut consumers who use public water and energy services. We can’t, however, give case-by-case legal advice.
