Can the Office of Consumer Counsel (OCC) give legal advice or represent me?
No, OCC can’t represent people on a case-by-case basis. We also can’t give legal advice to individuals. Our main job is to speak up on behalf of all Connecticut consumers in many important public arenas. However, we can’t represent people on a case-by-case basis.
