Perform a Spell Check

You can perform a Spell Check through the Rich Text Editor. It functions very much like a word processor would.
 

NOTE: If the page you are editing is Checked in and Unlocked, select the Lock and Edit link to check it out and edit the page.

1. Click your mouse around the text. A toolbox will appear with icons to choose from.
2. Select the Editor icon . The Rich Text Editor box will appear
3. Click the Spell Check icon and select "English" option.
   
   
   
4. The Spell Check box will appear with results highlighted.
   
5. Right-click the misspelled word for correctly spelled options and select the word of choice.  
   • Ignore - Ignores the highlighted word(s)
     
   • Change Manually - Allows you to change the highlighted word manually
     
   • Add to Dictionary - Adds the highlighted word to the dictionary so it will not be considered misspelled again
     
6. Click the Finish spellchecking button at the top right of the Rich Text Editor box.
7. Select the Accept button to exit out of the Rich Text Editor.
   
8. Save your changes.
