Resurfacing Project - Route 15 Northbound (Merritt Parkway) in Westport and Fairfield

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a resurfacing project will be performed on Route 15 Northbound (Merritt Parkway) in Westport and Fairfield between Exit 42 and Exit 44. This project is expected to begin on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 and continue to Friday, June 11, 2010.

Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings).

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
