A Connecticut international trade and investment corporation license affords a lender the recognition as a regulated entity and the benefits thereof. International trade and investment corporations include lenders under financing guarantee programs offered by the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation or the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
