STARS is a comprehensive reporting application managed by the Office of Policy and Management (OPM). It provides data analysis, reports, and dashboards to help human resources and financial management personnel make more informed decisions.

  • Provide near real-time information for efficient decision-making.
  • Integrate a Results-Based Accountability framework into the biennial budget process.
