What is “direct supervision” of a dispensary technician by a pharmacist?
"Direct supervision" means a supervising licensed pharmacist who (A) is physically or virtually present in the area or location where the dispensary technician is performing routine cannabis dispensing functions; and (B) conducts in-process and final checks on the dispensary technician's performance.

A licensed pharmacist must supervise a dispensary technician when the dispensary technician is performing routine cannabis dispensing functions. When supervising a dispensary technician in the dispensary technician training program, eight of those training program hours must include the licensed pharmacist conducting in-person supervision.

All employees of a cannabis establishment must be registered with the department before they may begin working within the establishment.

Can the holder of a wholesaler permit provide infused beverages at no cost to a package store with an endorsement to sell infused beverages?
Yes. While the law prohibits the gifting or transfer of infused beverages at no cost to consumers, it does not prohibit the gifting or transfer of infused beverages at no cost between businesses.
