The delivery of cannabis to tribal lands is strictly prohibited. The delivery of cannabis to addresses or locations on tribal lands is a violation of state and federal law and is subject to potential state, federal and tribal enforcement action. Additionally, you may not travel through another state or tribal lands to deliver cannabis to a location in Connecticut.

It is the responsibility of cannabis establishments to determine the location of a delivery and whether the delivery complies with state and federal law. The maps below may be used to assist you in determining where deliveries are prohibited. These maps should only be used as guidance for the purposes of delivering cannabis in the state. The maps are based on the geofencing boundaries used for online wagering and are not a legal opinion as to what constitute tribal lands under the law.
