A podiatrist who has been approved by a hospital for privileges to perform TAR surgery may perform the surgery at the hospital that granted the privileges.
A podiatrist granted TAR surgery privileges may submit documentation to the Department related to these privileges, When a podiatrist chooses to submit this documentation, the Department will add a note to their license indicating that the podiatrist holds such privileges and the name of the hospital(s) that granted such privileges. The documentation should be emailed here.
