Connecticut Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP). Connecticut PREP teaches teens about abstinence, contraception, and healthy relationships to prevent teen pregnancy and STDs. The program offers medically accurate, age-appropriate lessons that build life skills and support positive choices. Funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
