Trust Bank/Trust Company Financial Data

An out-of-state trust company may, with the approval of the commissioner, establish and maintain an office in this state to act as a fiduciary or engage in a trust business in this state, provided the laws of the state in which such trust company is chartered authorize (1) similar companies chartered in this state to act as a fiduciary, and (2) trust banks to establish and maintain such office in such state.
