The CNMP covers the land application of approximately 9.594 million gallons of liquid manure and 310,897-cubic feet of solid manure annually. NetDMR is a freely available Web-based tool that allows permittees to electronically sign and submit their discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) or stormwater monitoring reports (SMRs) to EPA via a secure internet connection.
