You can find and manage time and labor information using the self-service dashboard in Core-CT. You can also enter time for self-service agencies, run your own attendance report, and more. Explore the information and job aids below for specific guidance.

How can I view my payable time?

Self-service users can view the time they’ve entered on their timesheet as it’s processed in Core-CT. Time you enter today will be processed and validated overnight and “payable time” will be created.

Users can view whether or not their payable time has been approved and if a paycheck has been created. Payable time will be given one of the these statuses:

  • Needs Approval or Estimated: Time has been processed and passed validation.
  • Approved - Ready for Payroll: Time is ready to be sent to payroll.
  • Taken by Payroll: Time has been passed to payroll and a paycheck created.
  • Paid - Labor Distributed: Paycheck has been confirmed and budget information sent to Financials.

Leave accrual and compensatory time balances

Your timesheet displays leave accrual and compensatory time balances. Sick, vacation, and paid leave balances are updated when you submit a timesheet. This includes time posted on a future date.
The current balance is always displayed regardless of which pay period you view. Comp and holiday time balances are updated during overnight processing. Balances are displayed as of the first day of the pay period being viewed.
