Business Entities Only: All states require that business entities or agencies appoint a licensed producer or responsible person to serve as the agency's authority. The Designated Responsible Licensed Producer/Person (DRLP) must hold an active Connecticut license, whether resident or non-resident.
The license type and line(s) of authority should match between the business entity and the DRLP(s).
There are no restrictions on the number of DRLPs that can be included on a license.
DRLP required: Yes
