Programs for job seekers
BRIDGE CT (Building Resilience Independence Dignity Growth and Empowerment)
This program helps children and young people with disabilities learn to live on their own, speak up for themselves, and get jobs in Connecticut.
Business Enterprise Program - Bureau of Education and Services for the Blind
This program teaches people who are blind how to run a small business. They can manage food stands or gift shops in public places.
CT Pathways to Integrated Employment (CT-PIE)
This program helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities find jobs. They work with others of all abilities and earn fair pay and benefits.
Customized Employment (CE)
This program matches a person’s skills and strengths with what employers need, helping people with significant disabilities find the right job.
Employment Program for Older Adults
This program helps people age 55 and older with low income return to work. They get short-term paid training jobs to build skills and experience.
Ticket to Work
This program helps people ages 18 to 64 who receive disability benefits and want to work or earn more money.
Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) - Rehabilitation Services
This program helps people with disabilities prepare for getting a job. It also helps them find the right job and succeed at work

This program helps people who are legally blind prepare for the workplace. It also helps them find employment and be successful.
Youth-targeted program, Level-Up
