The Vocational Rehabilitation Program provides employment opportunities for people who are legally blind, and youth who are legally blind or visually impaired. The program helps people get needed training and skills for employment. Not only do we help you get a job, but we also have services that help you maintain your job and move forward in your career. we work together for career goals. We also work with you to find services and providers that are best for your work success!
Some of the services we offer are:
- Assistive devices and training on how to use them;
- Magnifying aides;
- Job counseling services;
- Funding for some training to get credentials needed in some fields;
- Information and referral services to other partners; and
- Pre-Employment transition services to youth ready to think about career options.
