The Federal Government has reopened COVIDtests.gov. Every household can order four over-the-counter COVID-19 tests for free. These tests are intended for use throughout the 2024 holiday season to detect currently circulating COVID-19 variants. Please visit COVIDtests.gov for your free test.

You would select this route (ROUTE 7)  if you have a current certificate/license in another state or US territory.  The credential must be active and in good standing. 

Please complete an online application or you can find and download a printable application on the Prometic website under the candidate resources link. Printable applications are mailed directly to Prometric (the address included in the application instructions).
