Marketing Banner

Editing the Marketing Banner through the Content Editor is done from the Content Area under the Agency Data section.

  1. Select the Agency name in the Content Tree to display the homepage properties in the Content area.
    • Make sure the Content tab is selected.

  2. Select the Lock and Edit link in the yellow warning message to enable editing capabilities. Locking the page keeps others from editing it at the same time.
  3. Scroll to the Agency Data section to make changes to the Marketing Page Banner. There are three main item to focus on:

 

Logo

The Marketing Page logo can be modified or replaced with a new one if needed.

NOTE: Review the logo size constraints from the Design Style Guide.

Select the link option best suited for your needs:

  • Browse - Opens the Media Library to insert a new image.
  • Properties - View and edit the properties of the image (alt text, size, )
  • Open Media Library - Opens the Media Library tab from the ribbon
  • Edit Image - Allows you to perform limited editing capabilities on the image
  • Clear - Removes the image shown in the field
  • Refresh - Refreshes the filed values displayed
Content Editor - Logo Image Change
  1. To change the logo, select the Clear link then the Browse link.
    • This opens the Media Library window, which shows all uploaded images.
  2. Select the new image you wish to use from the ones displayed. If the image is not displayed, then upload your new image.
  3. Click Submit to add the image.
  4. Save Save icon your changes.
  5. Check in icon Check in the page to unlock it.

NOTE: When you have made your changes to the Marketing Page and saved them, you are ready to Preview and Publish the page.

 

Background Image

Like the Agency logo, the banner background can be modified or replaced with a new one. Select the link option best suited for your needs:

Content Editor - Background Image Change 
  1. To change the background, select the Clear link then the Browse link.
    • This opens the Media Library window, which shows all uploaded images.
  2. Select the new image you wish to use from the ones displayed. If the image is not displayed, then upload your new image.
  3. Click Submit to add the image.
  4. Save Save icon your changes.
  5. Check in icon Check in the page to unlock it.

NOTE: When you have made your changes to the Marketing Page and saved them, you are ready to Preview and Publish the page.

 

Marketing Page Title

You can modify the Agency title in the banner from the Base Data area.

  • Content Title - The title of the Marketing Page
  • Teaser - N/A on a landing page
  • Content HTML - N/A on landing page
  • Show Content Title - N/A on landing page

  1. Highlight the Content Title text.

  2. Enter in the modified Agency Title.
  3. Save Save icon your changes.
  4. Check in icon Check in the page to unlock it.
