Agency Banner
Homepage Agency Banner Overview
The Agency Banner content is located in the Home Hero Banner item and consists of four areas to modify:
1. Title
2. Short Description
3. Icon image
4. Background image
NOTE: This Banner is specific to the Homepage only. Internal pages have their own Agency Banner that can be customized as well.
Access the Homepage’s Agency Banner
1. Navigate to the Home Hero Banner folder from Content > Agency Name Here > Content modules > Home Hero Banner Folder from the Content Tree.
2. Select the Home Hero Banner item.
Change the Title
1. Scroll to the Data section and to the Hero Title field.
2. Select the Show editor link to edit the existing title.
3. Modify the text.
4. Select the Save icon (top left in the Content Editor Ribbon).
5. Publish if no further changes need made.
Change the Short Description
1. Scroll to the Short Description field.
2. Select the Show editor link to add a description.
3. Select the Accept button.
4. Select the Save icon (top left in the Content Editor Ribbon).
5. Publish if no further changes need made.
Change the Icon Image
1. Scroll to the Icon Image field.
2. Select the Clear link to remove the placeholder logo image.
3. Select the Browse link to replace the image. The Select Media dialog box will appear.
a. Note the image dimensions (133 x 133)
4. Select the Tree view icon to change the view to the content tree view.
5. Navigate to your Agency folder in the Media Library and select the image you wish to use from the ones displayed. If the image is not displayed, then you will need to upload your new image.
6. Click the Select button to place the logo on the page.
7. Select OK.
8. Select the Save icon (top left in the Content Editor Ribbon).
9. Publish if no further changes need made.
Change the Background Image
The background image is a rotating carousel of five images that displays a random image when the page refreshes. To change a specific image, refer to the instructions below and note the image number you need to change.
1. Scroll to the Image 1 field.
a. Note the image dimensions (1400 x 400)
2. Select the Clear link to remove the existing background image placeholder.
3. Select the Browse link to replace the image. The Media Library dialog box will appear.
4. Select the Tree view icon to change the view to the content tree view. (See above visual under “Change the Icon Image” #4)
5. Navigate to your Agency folder in the Media Library and select the image you wish to use from the ones displayed. If the image is not displayed, then upload your new image. (See above visual under “Change the Icon Image” #5)
6. Click the Select button to place the image header on the page.
7. Select OK.
8. Select the Save icon (top left in the Content Editor Ribbon).
9. Publish if no further changes need made.
Change the Agency Banner Size
You also have the option to change the size of the banners. If you wish to have it set to the default image size, you can leave the box blank. There are different size options you can choose from.
• 1200x200 – Default
• 1200x300
• 1200 x 400

Internal Page Agency Banner Overview
The Internal Agency Banner content is located in the Page Hero Banner item and consists of the four same elements as the Home Hero Banner.
NOTE: This Banner is shown for all Internal pages created. If you want a Banner customized to a specific page, follow steps XXX.
Access the Internal Page’s Agency Banner
1. Navigate to the Home Hero Banner folder from Content > Agency Name Here > Content modules > Home Hero Banner Folder from the Content Tree.
2. Select the Home Hero Banner item.
3. Enter the information in the following fields:
a. Title
b. Short Description (optipnal)
c. Icon image
d. Background image
4. Select the Save icon (top left in the Content Editor Ribbon).
5. Publish if no further changes need made.
Change the Internal Page’s Agency Banner
1. Insert a Home Hero Banner component into the page’s _resource folder.
2. Name the component to ‘Local Page Hero Banner’ or specific to the Page’s name.
3. Enter the information in the following fields:
a. Title
b. Short Description (optipnal)
c. Icon image
d. Background image
4. Select the Save icon (top left in the Content Editor Ribbon).
5. Create or open an internal page you wish to place the local Agency Banner on.
6. Open the Page in the Experience Editor.
7. In Edit Mode, select the Agency banner. A toolbox appears.
8. Select the Associated Content icon and the ‘Change associated content’ option.
9. Change the associated content to the Hero Banner component located under the _resources folder.
10. Select the Save icon (top left in the Content Editor Ribbon).
11. Publish if no further changes need made.
