Using the Connecticut Educator Certification System
Log into your Connecticut Educator Certification System (C.E.C.S.) account. If you are applying for a certificate for the first time, click on the apply online button. If you are renewing or advancing an existing certificate, or applying for an additional teaching endorsement, choose the corresponding certificate and make a selection from the drop-down menu.
