Guide to assessments for educator certification in Connecticut
Different assessments are required for each certification content area. If you’re looking to receive an additional endorsement, be prepared to prove your subject area knowledge. Assessment requirements may change if you are certified outside of Connecticut.
Take the following steps to make sure you have met assessment requirements:

Step 3
Applicants should have their test results sent to the Bureau of Certification from the testing company. If the results are not received by the Bureau, you may email the PDF copy of score report to teacher.cert@ct.gov.
