A regular meeting of the Freedom of Information Commission was held on November 14, 2012, in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. The meeting convened at 2:13 p.m. with the following Commissioners present:

[After consideration of the entire record, the following facts are found and conclusions of law are reached:] ON NOVEMBER 5, 2012, THE COMPLAINANT FILED WITH THE COMMISSION A LETTER WITHDRAWING THE COMPLAINT IN THIS MATTER. THE COMMISSION TAKES ADMINISTRATIVE NOTICE OF SUCH LETTER.
Paragraphs 1 through 10 of the findings are deleted.
