The Department of Social Services is working with Community Action Agencies to distribute the one-time $300 grocery card to those who have lost their SNAP benefits due to recent changes in the rules of eligibility. Covered services are provided by dental providers in the Covered CT network, which is part of the HUSKY Health dental plan network managed by the Connecticut Dental Health Partnership (CTDHP).
