Public Meetings

As a requirement of the 1115 Covered CT waiver Special Terms and Conditions (STCs), Connecticut must hold a public forum annually to provide an opportunity for stakeholders to give input and feedback on the Covered CT program.  Meeting information, presentations, minutes, and public comment responses for each year of the Covered CT 1115 waiver demonstration are below.  

Demonstration Year 4 Annual Public Forum 2025

The Department of Social Services (DSS), in collaboration with the Connecticut Office of Health Strategy (OHS) and Access Health Connecticut (AHCT) is holding a Public Forum to seek public comments on the progress of the State of Connecticut’s Medicaid Section 1115 Covered Connecticut Waiver Demonstration.

A public meeting will be held on June 5, 2025, from 9:30 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. Members of the public are invited to join virtually using the dial-in information contained within the public notice and agenda below. Public comments can also be submitted via email to jennifer.marsocci@ct.gov by June 13, 2025.

Demonstration Year 3 Annual Public Forum 2024

The Department of Social Services (DSS), in collaboration with the Connecticut Office of Health Strategy (OHS) and Access Health Connecticut (AHCT) held a Public Forum to seek public comments on the progress of the State of Connecticut’s Medicaid Section 1115 Covered Connecticut Demonstration.

A public meeting was held on June 4, 2024, from 10:00 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. Members of the public were invited to join virtually using the dial-in information contained within the public notice and agenda below. Public comments were also be submitted via email to jennifer.marsocci@ct.gov through June 18, 2024.

A hybrid public meeting was held on June 12, 2023, from 9:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. Members of the public were invited to join in person at the Department of Social Services, 55 Farmington Avenue, Hartford, CT., conference room 1011 or virtually using the sign-in information contained within the public notice and agenda below. Public comments were also submitted via email to jennifer.marsocci@ct.gov through June 19, 2023
