BANK ACTIVITY

Main Office Relocation

On November 13, 2024, Fieldpoint Private Bank & Trust (Greenwich) filed an application to relocate its main office from One Greenwich Plaza, Suite A, Second Floor, Greenwich, CT 06830 to 130 Mason Street, Greenwich, CT 06830 pursuant to Section 36a-81 of the Connecticut General Statutes. The proposed target date for this relocation is for the second quarter of 2024.

Holding Company Formation

On November 14, 2024, the Commissioner approved an Agreement and Plan of Reorganization pursuant to which Liberty Bank (Middletown) will organize a holding company to be known as Liberty Financial Corporation pursuant to Section 36a-192 of the Connecticut General Statutes, Liberty Bank will form a reorganized savings institution of the same name pursuant to Section 36a-193 of the Connecticut General Statutes, and the current mutual savings bank will merge into the reorganized savings institution pursuant to Section 36a-125 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
