CONSUMER CREDIT ACTIVITY 

Consent Order

On January 6, 2023, the Commissioner entered into a Consent Order with Radius Global Solutions LLC (NMLS # 936423) (“RGS”), Edina, Minnesota. The Consent Order was based on an investigation by the Consumer Credit Division for the period from April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021. As a result of such investigation, the Commissioner alleged that RGS conducted collection activity at an overseas location, in violation of Section 36a-801(a) of the Connecticut General Statutes in effect at such time. As part of the Consent Order, RGS paid $10,000 as a civil penalty.
