Foreign Bank Representative Office

On September 30, 2022, MUFG Bank, Ltd., a foreign banking organization headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, filed an application for a license to establish a representative office to be located at 83 Wooster Heights Road, Danbury, CT 06810 pursuant to Section 36a-428g of the Connecticut General Statutes. The proposed opening date is the 4th quarter 2022.
