Merger

On February 3, 2022, Ion Bank, a Connecticut-chartered savings bank, filed an application pursuant to Section 36a-412(b) of the Connecticut General Statutes to merge Lincoln 1st Bank, a New Jersey-chartered savings bank, with and into Ion Bank. The parties intend to close the transaction at the beginning of the third quarter of 2022.
