Consent Order and Order Terminating Automatic Suspension

On December 9, 2020, the Commissioner entered into a Consent Order and Order Terminating Automatic Suspension with Grander Mortgage Capital, LLC (NMLS # 1065200) (“GMC”), Atlanta, Georgia. The Consent Order was based on an investigation by the Consumer Credit Division. As a result of such investigation, the Commissioner alleged that GMC failed to designate a qualified individual who meets the requirements set forth in Section 36a-719 of the Connecticut General Statutes not later than 30 days after a vacancy in the position, in violation of Section 36a-719a(d) of the Connecticut General Statutes. As part of the Consent Order, GMC paid $500 as a civil penalty.
