Merger

On September 23, 2020, Northwest Community Bank, Litchfield Bancorp, and Collinsville Bank, all Connecticut banks and subsidiaries of Connecticut Mutual Holding Company, filed an application pursuant to Section 36a-125 of the Connecticut General Statutes seeking approval for the mergers of Litchfield Bancorp and Collinsville Bank with and into Northwest Community Bank.
