Application WithdrawnOn June 17, 2019, The Washington Trust Company of Westerly withdrew its application to establish a limited branch at 265 Church Street, Suite 1006 in New Haven, Connecticut.
CREDIT UNION ACTIVITY
Merger
On June 21, 2019, the Commissioner approved the merger of CT1 Media Credit Union, Inc. ("CT1 Media"), Hartford, Connecticut, a Connecticut credit union with and into Hartford Federal Credit Union, Hartford, Connecticut ("Hartford Federal"), a Federal credit union, pursuant to Section 36a-468a of the Connecticut General Statutes.
