De Novo Branch

On August 17, 2017, Berkshire Bank, a Massachusetts-chartered bank, received approval pursuant to Section 36a-412(a)(2) of the Connecticut General Statutes, to establish a de novo branch at 763 Farmington Avenue, Farmington, Connecticut.
