CREDIT UNION ACTIVITY
Withdrawal of Application
On August 13, 2012, and August 14, 20012, respectively, Mutual Security Credit Union, Inc., Shelton, Connecticut, and The Greater Norwalk Area Credit Union, Inc., Norwalk, Connecticut, withdrew their application for the merger of The Greater Norwalk Area Credit Union, Inc., with and into Mutual Security Credit Union, Inc., which was filed with the Banking Commissioner on June 5, 2012, pursuant to Section 36a-468a of the Connecticut General Statutes.
