SALE OF BRANCH
On December 26, 2007, pursuant to Section 36a-145(i) of the Connecticut General Statutes, The Bank of Southern Connecticut, New Haven, a Connecticut chartered bank, filed an application for the sale of one of its full-service branches to Savings Institute Bank and Trust, Willimantic, a federally chartered bank. The branch to be sold is located at 15 Masonic Street, New London, Connecticut.
