MONEY TRANSMITTER LICENSE ACTIVITY

On August 14, 2003, pursuant to Section 36a-600 of the Connecticut General Statutes, Servicio UniTeller, Inc., Bergen County, New Jersey, received approval to engage in the business of money transmission.

On August 13, 2003, pursuant to Section 36a-600 of the Connecticut General Statutes, VISTA International Remittance, New Britain, Connecticut, filed an application to engage in the business of money transmission.
