MONEY ORDER AND TRAVELERS CHECK LICENSE ACTIVITY

On April 17, 2003, pursuant to Section 36a-600 of the Connecticut General Statutes, Columbus Bank & Trust, Columbus, Georgia, filed an application to issue Connecticut payment instruments that are electronic payment instruments.

CHECK CASHING SERVICE LICENSE ACTIVITY

On April 15, 2003, Check Stop of Connecticut, LLC amended its application filed on December 20, 2002, pursuant to Section 36a-581, to change the address of the proposed check cashing service general facility from 817 Main Street, Willimantic, Connecticut, to 738A Main Street, Willimantic, Connecticut.

On April 16, 2003, pursuant to Section 36a-581 of the Connecticut General Statutes, Connecticut Finance Corporation filed an application to relocate its licensed check cashing service general facility from 300 Boston Avenue, Bridgeport, Connecticut, to 522 Boston Avenue, Bridgeport, Connecticut.
