CHECK CASHING SERVICE ACTIVITY
Pursuant to Section 36a-581 of the Connecticut General Statutes, on February 16, 1999, Paul Ganot received a license to operate a check cashing service general facility at 934 East Main Street, Stamford, Connecticut.
ACQUISITIONS AND MERGERS
On February 16, 1999, in connection with an application filed on February 3, 1999 pursuant to Section 36a-184 of the Connecticut General Statutes, Webster Financial Corporation, on behalf of Maritime Bank & Trust Company, filed a community reinvestment plan which is available for public inspection and comment at the Department of Banking for a period of 30 days.
On February 16, 1999, in connection with an application filed on February 10, 1999 pursuant to Section 36a-184 of the Connecticut General Statutes, Webster Financial Corporation, on behalf of The Village Bank & Trust Company, filed a community reinvestment plan which is available for public inspection and comment at the Department of Banking for a period of 30 days.
