  This is a $2,717,000 brownfields grant to the City of New Britain to fund the abatement and demolition of the former Police Station building located at 125 Columbus Boulevard

• Capewell Lofts - Hartford

  State loans funds have been utilized in the remediation of the Capewell Lofts located in the former Capewell Horsenail Factory site located at 70 Popieluszko Court, Hartford.

  Per Public Act 24-151, Sections 118-121, Community Development Corporations (CDCs) must be certified by the Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) to be eligible for grants from the Community Investment Fund 2030 or other discretionary funds as they become available.

  Find resources and documents to assist in compliance with the Connecticut Environmental Policy Act (CEPA).

• Cherry Street Lofts - Bridgeport

  State brownfield loan funds were used for predevelopment site work related to the removal of hazardous conditions including remediation, abatement and demolition.

  The Colt Gateway Community offers a mix of office, commercial and residential space at the historic Colt Factory on the banks of Connecticut River.

  State brownfield funds will be used for the remediation and revitalization of a 1.9 acre site that was formerly known as the New Haven Clock Factory.

  Adaptively reusing the former CT Transit site at 470 James Street into a unique tech-campus, complete with incubator and coworking space.

  This is a $2,717,000 brownfields grant to the City of New Britain to fund the abatement and demolition of the former Police Station building located at 125 Columbus Boulevard.
