Property Transfer Program: The Property Transfer Program, administered by the Remediation Division of the Bureau of Water Protection and Land Reuse requires the disclosure of environmental conditions when certain real properties and/or businesses ("establishments") are transferred.

Voluntary Remediation Program-CGS 22a-133y: The voluntary remediation program is overseen by the Remediation Division of the Bureau of Water Protection and Land Reuse, Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. Participation is an elective process for those property owners who wish to expedite the remediation of polluted property. This program can be utilized for property where the groundwater is classified as GB or GC and such property is not subject to any order, consent order or stipulated judgment issued by the DEEP Commissioner.

Voluntary Remediation Program - CGS 22a-133x: The voluntary remediation program is overseen by the Remediation Division of the Bureau of Water Protection and Land Reuse, Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. Participation is an elective process for those property owners who wish to expedite the remediation of polluted property, thus enabling them the advantage of a remediated site should they ever decide to sell the property.

Licensed Environmental Professional Program: Section 22a-133v of the Connecticut General Statutes (CGS) established a licensing program for environmental professionals with the intent of facilitating the remediation of contaminated sites in Connecticut.
