Where can I file a wheelchair complaint?
DCP does not handle wheelchair complaints. To report complaints regarding timely repair issues, please contact the Office of Healthcare Advocate (OHA). You can call OHA at 1-866-466-4446 (toll-free) or email them at Healthcare.Advocate@ct.gov.
