You must list all ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight. If you use a prepared item in your recipe, you must list sub ingredients. For example: “soy sauce” is not acceptable, but “soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt)” would be acceptable.
There is no requirement to send your products to a laboratory for an official ingredient list.
