If you suspect a person is committing workers’ compensation fraud, please contact the Workers’ Compensation Fraud Control Unit in the Office of the Chief State’s Attorney. 

For more information or to report any suspicion that a person, business, or healthcare provider may be violating the Workers’ Compensation Act, you may contact the Workers’ Compensation Fraud Unit as follows:
